I got a message that my car was requiring a service and had been booked in. This was in early December 2025 advising that I had booked in for the 03rd December 2025. I phoned Glasgow Audi and advised that I had not booked the service but the car warning light was coming on for an oil change. I then booked the car in for Monday 22nd December 2025.Got a call on Thursday 18th December from Scott at Glasgow Audi - Service Dept advising that he did not think I needed a service, but that he would check and call me back and if I didn't need an oil change he would send me an email advising how to reset the oil warning light. As I did not get an email or call back from Scott I called into your service department today. They advised that as I had done 26,000 miles which was 10,000 since the last oil change I would definitely need a service, but that they would get Scott to call me back and advise why he thought I did not need a service. After some calls back and forth I eventually spoke to Scott who said initially that Audi Finance had 'knocked back my service' but that I had long life Oil, and here is how you turn off the oil warning light. Still no email telling me how to go about it. I really want to check this with you. Do I need an oil change yes or no? And please send me details to turn off the oil warning light.Communications from your Glasgow Audi - Service Manager are shocking. To be frank a don't bother me attitude was evident.

No communication and wanted update with my car .. been in 3 times nowHorrendous when they say they’ll get back to you and don’t

Good communication from salesmen, however should offer best price for trade-in and deal could have been done before Xmas, the suggestion of better price has left it too late to deal with in the run up to Xmas.

In truth, I have previously purchased two Q5's, back to back. A double mistake I'm afraid. With the first one;The salesman didn't bother to turn up to hand over of the car. It was a Saturday Morning. I complained about the lack of basic customer care and received a voucher. The salesman eventually turned up.The first Q5 had a constant velocity joint failure on the right front wheel. This, within weeks of my purchase. Repaired with apologies. This was followed up by the hinge mechanism on the tail gate hatch snapping and leaving me with it half open/shut. It was suggested to me that it may have been my fault. Considering the tail gate is motorised, how could it have been my fault? Further, I was given a courtesy car for several weeks while I waited for my car to be returned. I had personal items in my car which was in your body shop. I was told that tail gate hinges failing was a very common problem and your body shop would see at least one car per week to swap out the hinges. FOR UPGRADED ONES! WHY NO RECALL!By then I had had enough. I was offered a trade in for a replacement. A Black Edition model Q5 was in stock and I was told it was a higher spec than my Q5. It was not. Several items were not on the car compared to mine. When it was time to change my car, Audi was not on my shopping list.I'm sorry if the above seems trivial but when you spend serious money on a "luxury" car things like these are the reasons your company is in the trouble it now finds itself.I had a phone call from one of your sales staff almost begging to come in and buy a car.You emailed me to take part in this survey, be careful what you wish for.If you check my cars service records for the two Q5's I bought, you will see that what I have told you in this survey is accurate.H K Gourley

Once again, I am delighted with my recent experience at Glasgow Audi - I have been a customer for over 10 years and value their team in their expertise and knowledge in what my car requirements are and make a commitment to ensuring I get the perfect car. The process was efficient and stress free.I am continually impressed, not only with Brian O'Donnell (who I have dealt with for many years) but the Glasgow Audi team as a whole.Regards,Roseanne Boyle

Good communication at the start re Audi TT but was sold. Email received offering help in the future of needed. Called back but salesman was of ill that next day. Left message with another salesman for initial salesman to contact me to discuss. You've lost one star at the moment due to still no reply. Not sure whether salesman is still off ill but I'll reserve the final star for the possibility he's back but hasn't returned my call.

Its poor service to advertise a car for sale and allow a reservation, only to be told four days later its no longer being sold, because car needs repairs not within there margin. The checks should be done before offering for sale and excepting reservation fees and waisting customers times.
