Pre-sale contact was good however the after sales contact has been poor, I am still awaiting revised Packs 2 & 3 following a change in the day of collection of my car. I have also emailed the sales contact, as I had been advised to do, a number of times now as my car will still not hook up to my Audi account, which is frustrating as it asks for this each time the car ignition is switch on.

Basically this was an exploratory review of my options for a PCP , which will not mature till October 2023, when I was present during a standard service appointment. Two sample options were discussed, but I’m going to wait till next March to reevaluate and told your rep to contact me then. This has been agreed and fully understood and accepted by your agent.
