The dealership did not have a complete service record for the vehicle. They highlighted that there was no record of the transmission oil change even though they (Glasgow Audi) carried out the work for this in July last year (2021). They also said there was no record of the Poly-V belt change even though that was done at 60,000 miles by Stirling Audi. This doesn't give a lot of confidence that the service history of the vehicle is being recorded accurately.

The reason for returning was that as I left I discovered 2 caution warnings on my dashboard as I left the dealership. Don’t know why it was not picked up on standard workshop service. Anyhow, car was then reviewed on return and fault found in alternator computer and was rectified with software update. This meant I spent an extra hour in the dealership. Not ideal, but at least sorted.
