Usual first class service.

My car was in for a service under my service plan, scheduled to take 2 to 2.5 hours. After about 2 hours I was advised that that there was an issue with the rear springs. after a discussion I was given a loan car to return home, I received the Audi cam later that afternoon at home. I car was ready the next morning, at a cost of £1100, surprised that this issue occurred with a car of under 14,000 miles and under 5 years old, as always the parts are very expensive.

Sif was brilliant and tried his best for us. We would have bought a car from him but my local dealer managed to find us the same car, so it just made sense to buy the car locally rather than doing an 8 hour round trip.
