MOrven was fantastic and the whole process was wonderfully managed....except....the number of emails and phone calls and texts before during and after the purchasing process is mind boggling. This is the fourth survey I've filled out and I'm getting 'how did we do' emails every few days. It's really annoying!

I met two members of staff during my visit. My car was at the dealership for 2 days and Emma and Felix were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The only criticism I would offer and it is very, very minor, was my car wasn’t clean. It hadn’t been hovered , but the car it’s self was dirt and covered white/ grey rain drop marks.

In an age of poor customer service my experience with David Mcvey the person I dealt with here was great. I walked in after scrolling through all the online leasing agreements and advised on what I wanted. Easy transition. Ordered it. It came. Drive it out. Not one complaint. Great customer service by David
