I elected to wait while a standard first service was carried out. I was expected on arrival and from start to finish I was well informed and well looked after by everyone at Lookers. My now clean car was ready to drive away earlier than the 2 hour timescale promised.

Friendly professional staff

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I was previously provided with a courtesy drop off at work and despite being able to book this online this time around, I received a phonecall to advise this option was not available. I therefore had to arrange my own transport. The car was not washed when I collected it. An apology was given and an offer to wash there and then however, I did not have time to wait.
