No. Chris Connor was extremely helpful and accommodated my wants when buying the carr. He suggested ways in which to make the car better.

Overall the experience was good. Staff were friendly and attentive, the various optional products were offered but no attempts to pressure into them which made the experience a lot better than I've had at other dealerships.

There were a few things that made the visit pleasant.I always enjoy being greeted and feeling welcomed by the staff as soon as I walk through the doors.My service technician Emma Conway was very pleasant and answered every question I had in a way even I would understand which isn't easy.Emma kept me up to date with everything going on which was great since I was passing time dying of boredom in the shopping centre while the work was being carried out so huge thanks to her for taking care of things for me (and helping me set up my service plan!)I'm happy the caliper change and service went ahead so quickly and without any problems as well, anything getting done to my car always terrifies me.
