Fantastic customer service during my visit. Only disappointment is the long wait for a courtesy car, firstly, when booking my service and also for the repairs that need done. My vehicle cannot be taken in for the necessary repairs till 31st October due to no courtesy cars being available. I am a motability customer and rely on this.

The salesperson and team were excellent. I was kept informed about how my car coming along. When I picked up the car it was all explained to me. Excellent service thank you

Jim Reid was very helpful, u fortunately the A4 Avant available within my budget was the higher £520 Road tax, l am regularly on the Lookers Audi site for A 4 Avant but as yet not seen the car for me within my budget

Initially when I phoned at start of July with regards to a problem with my car I was told it couldn’t be seen until end of Aug. I then received a phone call from Scott Ellis the following day asking me to bring it in to have a quick check over. Scott was extremely helpful and even made it easier by booking my car in to coincide with me being off work making it much less hassle to organise things.I was kept up to date step by step as to what was happening with my car. All staff that I dealt with with v friendly & helpful
