Smooth process from start to finish.

Any dealing that I have with Scott Ellis of the service department are always positive. Never any need to follow things up or double check that scheduled work has been completed. Also, the person at service reception has a fantastic ability to recall the names of customers, whether you are booked in or not. Always impressed with his ability, and the polite and attentive manner that he supports customers. Both this person (I am sorry, but I don't know his name) and Scott are a credit to Glasgow Audi.

When I initially enquired about changing my Q5 to an A1 I was quite disappointed with the communication from Brian O'Donnell, I had to chase things up and often didn't get a response. I was considering going to another dealership, however, as soon as Martin Dobson took over dealing with changing my Q5 to my new A1 my experience completely changed. Car taken promptly and returned within agreed time framework. Reception welcoming and efficient. Personnel courteous as I usually find.Point 2 - only given 4 stars because it takes time to get a courtesy car possibly owing to client demand and current issues with availability.
