When I arrived at the dealership and parked my car, my Service Adviser Ryan approached me and welcomed me to the dealership using my name. I thought this was a fantastic touch and made me feel really valued as a customer.When I was leaving the dealer a lovely gentleman asked me if I’d like a coffee refill to go for the day. Again, a brilliant customer experience touch!I was kept informed throughout the day of the status of my car.When I picked the car up, Ryan walked me to the vehicle and gave me a demo of the Audi Plug & Play app.Overall, a 10/10 experience in Glasgow Audi. After a disappointing last experience in Ayr Audi, Glasgow Audi have went over & above and restored my faith in the Audi experience.Special mention to Ryan who really went over and above to make me feel valued as a customer.I did think that £86 was a bit steep for wiper blades for my Audi TT, especially when the car had done less 4000 miles and was still under warranty!Great experience, would highly recommend them.

My vehicle was booked in for 2 recalls, auxiliary heater replacement, 80C5 and diesel emission reduction, 23CT.Approximately 2 hours after dropping off the car, I received a call from your service department to advise me that the required part for 80C5 was on back order and therefor the work could not be completed.This is disappointing as it requires a second visit to complete the work.Surely, when a car is booked in for a specific job, the availability of the required parts should be confirmed before the car is brought in to the workshop.Pretty basic planning, I would have thought?

I bought my car in November 2021 and the first time I used the A/C it didn’t work which is why the car was in…. Not impressed that I’ve had to pay £149.99 for it to be filled with gas and think all 2nd hand cars should be properly checked by the company
