As a 10 year loyal customer at Glasgow Audi, and as a motsbility customer too who relies on my car 100% of the time I can't fault everyone at Audi who's helped me since 2013 choose my cars, I've just received my 4th car, ma A3 Saloon and I cannot be happier! Thank you so much to Morven who helped me choose the correct model I wanted, showed me the car inside and out and everything that would come with it and kept me up to date with when it would arrive and also calling me to give me the great news my car arrived 2 months prior to when it would be due to arrive, also on the day of collecting my car she was super helpful with everything, always received a 5 star service from everyone at Glasgow Audi, from Felix greeting me for the past 10 years arriving at Audi to Morven helping me order and drive away in my car, always excellent service thank you guys!

The staff at Glasgow Audi are always so welcoming when I have any questions or issues with my car. They show great professionalism and always try their best when assisting me with anything. The Audi I have at the moment is my first ever Audi and with the treatment I receive from Glasgow Audi, I will definitely be choosing them again when it comes to getting a new car.

They took their time too listen and understood what my problem was before working on the car. the car was fixed on the same day but, they did a free car check and found out I had a missing wheel stud which was then ordered and delivered fitted today. First class service and both Emma Felix were very helpful. Both were a credit to Lookers Glasgow.

Car was in for an update, also to check a few issues with lights coming on dashboard which has been rectified. Unfortunately the main issue of car not starting has not been resolved. It is an known fault with the car's stop start system. Now in touch with Audi UK and are awaiting a resolution to this issue!

Everything was done on time. Met with advisor completed paperwork and went on test drive. When finished no hard sell to buy a car.
