I requested all of my data held on record since I bought my Q5 Audi at Glasgow Audi, Nov 2017.The staff were able to see my records but refused to send the data, instead redirecting me to an email address which did not work. GDPRhelp@lookers.com - bounced.I request that all of my data history, held on file be sent to me. This would be inclusive of invoices, Job repairs, health checks, MOT any record pertaining to work carried out on my car please.My email is gibbc7@icloud.com or alternatively if they can be sent by post I don’t care the method just as long as I can get them.Who can provide this from Lookers to me?

I am writing regarding the Audi Q5 SD75 TUY purchased from your Glasgow dealership on 27 November 2025. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Audi, and I have always expected a consistent level of accuracy and professionalism.After taking delivery of the car, I identified several features that were explicitly described and demonstrated to both myself and my witness during the sales process, but are not actually present on the vehicle. These include • keyless entry • blind spot sensors • Audi side assist interior indicatorsThe absence of these features means the vehicle was not as described, which constitutes a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.I would also like to raise a concern regarding the conduct of your sales manager, Paul. During the final stage of the transaction, while the financial details and contract were being agreed, he approached the desk and began discussing unrelated personal matters. This was inappropriate and unprofessional at such a critical point in the sale and created an unnecessary distraction.For clarity, there was no misunderstanding regarding the specification. The salesperson confirmed these features were included, and my witness can fully verify this.As I am within the 30 day short term right to reject, I am requesting either • a full refund, or • an alternative resolution that includes installation of the missing features.Please provide confirmation of the next steps at your earliest convenience.

last week viewed on lookers website for a new Q3, spoke to Hamilton Audi who advised vehicle he was interested in was located at a different site. has since been bombarded with calls, texts, emails from sales exec at Glasgow, has spoken to manager (Chris) at site who seemed to justify this action he advised that he had advised the sales exec that he would get back in touch when he is ready to progress the enquiry.

Salesperson was very helpful and communicated with me including sending me a videoI would have bought the car if it had been at Edinburgh Audi but Glasgow Audi was too far to travel It would be good to see in the future if one of your other branches had a car someone required that but was a distance away if the car could be brought to the dealer closest to them

My vehicle purchased does not reach desired range Q8 EV. i have had in the centre 3 times and there is no issues according to them
