The service I received from Stephen was excellent. Absolutely no pressure very helpful and accommodating. Previously purchased new Audi for my granddaughter. And due to the warm welcome, and helpfulness. I went back to the same guy to purchase my new Audi. Very knowledgeable and pleasant man.

Audi have put the wrong mileage on my cash sales invoice

This is the second major purchase from Lookers and both experiences were generally positive.1st was 5 years ago before the digital file age and very simple. The latest (500 mile round trip to Glasgow Audi) was all digital files which is ok but a little to much concentration on the "terms & Conditions" being in place and signatures required before seeing the vehicle (used) which is a little on the higher pressure side of things.The really important info to me was the Digital Service History and HPI reports etc which was not offered without me requesting and eventually being provided with screen shots.One other disappointing aspect of a £40000 purchase were the Lookers Used "12mth" warranty started from the date of sale. The car had several remaining months of AUDI new car warranty so this effectively only gave approx 5 months of Looker cover. I would have preferred to see the 12 months starting from the end of the Audi Manufacturer warranty.Apart from the above, the purchase experience was good.
