Too many text messages, emails and calls about an appointment. When you arrive you still need to go through everything anyway, so it's a bit pointless to do everything beforehand.Never received a video, update text messages and link with live tracking didn't work correctly.

Glasgow Audi :- I visited the showroom on a Sunday at 11:15 am and purchased the car by 12:05pm and made my lunch appointment at 12:30pm, the two Paul's were absolutely brilliant and Chloe who took over the final arrangements and set the car up for me was excellent and kept me informed until I picked my new vehicle up.Overall first class service received, apology to the girl who's name I cannot remember on reception who made me a Latte, one of the best may I add.Ian Kearns
