Audi, Hillington, Glasgow in in an industrial Estate area and getting anywhere interesting is nigh impossible unless a loaner vehicle is supplied. I can understand the reluctance due to CV19 but now that the virus is on the wain, loaner vehicles would be acceptable, not a hire vehicle but a loaner as in past times. With the prices of Audi vehicles and work done to them, a loaner vehicle kisn't too much to expect, especially if you have travelled as I do each time on a round trip of 120 miles.
