My MMI fault occurred in April but the earliest date for it to be booked in for repair was June. Too long a wait. However the service experience from the dealership was first class once they had the car to repair.

From start to finish the service was exceptionally. The young man who helped us was called Elliott. He was brilliant! A real credit to Audi.

From my car being picked up to being dropped off again the process was simple and efficient. I was sent a video and was able to pay at that point for the service required. Would always use Audi as everyone I have dealt with since buying the car have been so helpful.

In the video rear wipers were recommended, which i booked through the link in the video, but this hadn't been done when i was informed the car was ready, eventhough i'd had confirmation from you. However this was quickly resolved. So overall happy although i would have been interested in a new service plan.
