I was attended to by Jordan Gibson and he very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed to do as I was handing over my late wife 's motability car and buying one of your used cars he was very sympathetic and did so much of the business for me which helped me a great deal and I recommend him highly

Staff are lovely - couldn’t have been more helpful! Natalie Mcculley was my service adviser and was great at keeping me updated and responding to queries.The time frame from contact to appointment date was quite long - contacted 18April/ appointment 6 June - but I do understand that I needed two days booked for the warranty work and things are still difficult re Covid, staffing etc. so not an issue, just an observation. The lady who booked me in on the phone was really helpful too - sorry, I don’t remember her name.
