I am writing to you to begin the formal complaint process on how my wife and I have been treated as customers by Glasgow Audi.We have the above mentioned car on a PCP deal and have had multiple issues since the beginning of this, most recent has pushed us to the decision to make a formal complaint.We have plenty of email's between both parties along with lots of information substantiating our claim.
