bought car beginning of may 2025, eml light on dash the day after purchasing, has been in 3 times trying to rectify issue and on 3rd visit trim was damaged and was then stuck back on with double sided tape. has been back in for that to be repaired and when she got the car back there was no heating and has now been contacted by the service manager to advise the coolant needs to be drained and replaced and that this issue may not be covered by her extended warranty and has asked for confirmation that she will pay £640 for the labor cost if the extended warranty does not cover it which customer is not happy as no cost has previously been mentioned for the other repairs.

After arranging a test drive of the Q6 e-tron, I received a voicemail message the next day to say the car was no longer available to test drive the car as it had been sold. I was offered the opportunity to arrive and sit in the showroom car instead which seemed pointless to me.

I am contacting you in behalf of my niece who is in a terrible state Adele Conway whom purchased a car from Audi Hillington Glasgow just over a year ago and since has had it serviced in the Audi branch . The car went on fire late last night Wednesday 24th September the fire brigade have said it’s been a fault which I hope you take responsibility for I’m just so glad her and her daughter were not in the car, she is a single parent with a daughter who had autism adhd I gave her the deposit to get a reliable car which we thought was Audi that I drive myself I’m so disappointed that this has happened to her Audi car and hope that you as a company will make sure that she is look after she needs her car for work and appointments with Ailis her daughter who is distraught after watch her car go up in flames I will attach photos and you can get back to me with what to do next many thanks Linda cruickshanks.Sent from my iPhone

Web chat booked me for a test drive in the wrong city for a significantly different car.I rang Glasgow showroom to cancel and who ever answered the phone said they'd cancel the appointment and let the sales manager know.I then get a call from the sales manager 4hrs later asking whether I'm attending or not.

Enquiry was made , the next day a salesman had emailed only I hadn’t seen it until he emailed the following day asking if I needed help as I hadn’t responded to his previous email.I emailed back saying I didn’t at that point and explained I had a car ordered at Newcastle Audi …I received a nice email back and the enquiry would be closed .I wish Audi Newcastle were as attentive as this. The 2 are worlds apart! Won’t be dealing with Newcastle in future
