My appointment was arranged easily. The sales person kindly sent me a reminder of my appointment the day before. When I arrived, he was very friendly, took time to ensure I was taking in all the information, showed a good deal of interest in what I was looking for helped me to find the right car to make a decision on. I took this information away with me to consider. Having been an Audi customer for many years, he was one of the nicest members of staff I have dealt with in that time.

Almost perfect score as we were very much welcomed and treated . The missing star is because we were led to believe our trade in price was £4k more than what it was when we came to decide on a car .
