HelloI wish to complain about the manor in which my father was sold this car, as he died from a long term illness just a few weeks later. He was clearly not in a healthy physical state and yet your sales person at Glasgow Audi (Sif Ahmed) sold him a long term agreement when he could barely walk. This is against FCA consumer rules and your duty of care.He was deemed not compos mentis by a doctor a couple of weeks after taking this agreement out, and was unable to walk or stand at this time. My family would like to see the CCTV footage of my father collecting the vehicle as I am sure it will show someone in distress, not that your sales team cared.I expect a swift resolution to this case as we will be handing the car back in the next few days and do not expect any further correspondence or charge for this vehicle. Philips and Cohen advised me that when an agreement is taken out and the individual passes away shortly afterwards, the car is collected and there is no further charge from that point. We expect that to happen here given the short window between these events, and the fact that the Audi salesperson put his commission ahead of empathy and human decency. Please respond with a response to my complaint ASAP.My fathers address is below if you need to look up this case:Colin Renfrew55 Seaforth RoadStewartonKA3 3FHDOB 31/3/1957I look forward to hearing from you.James Renfrew

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable condition of my Audi Q2 upon collection from Glasgow Audi, as well as a serious safety issue I discovered after driving the car.1. Poor Cleanliness and Shocking ServiceI explicitly requested that the vehicle be thoroughly cleaned before collection. However, the handover experience was very disappointing:First Attempt: The car was not washed properly, and there was still rubbish left inside.Second Attempt: At this point, I explicitly told your team to do a full check of the entire car and clean everything properly. It is not my job as a customer to inspect the car bit by bit and tell them where to wipe.Final Handover: Despite my clear instruction for a full check, your team failed again. I discovered sticky stains on the other side, and after driving away, I found several more dirty stains on the car.2. Serious Safety Concern: Brake Noise (URGENT)More importantly, since driving the car away, I have noticed an unusual noise coming from the brakes every time I use them. This is a major safety concern for a car that has just been sold and handed over by an official Audi dealership. As an Audi customer, I expected a premium and safe vehicle. Instead, the service level was unprofessional, and the mechanical safety of the car is now in question.I request that you contact me immediately to arrange a safety inspection for the brakes and to resolve the cleaning issues. I also expect an explanation and appropriate compensation for this terrible experience.I look forward to your immediate response.Yours sincerely,Lik Kan

I sent you an email last week on 22/05/2026 requesting for the refund of my £500 deposit. Please let me know the required process and the expected timescale for receiving these funds. Thank you for your assistance and understanding, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Helpful staff

Was in this audi dealership today (service department) and will not be going back lady I first spoke with was more than helpful told me to take a seat and someone would be out to see me offered me water this was around 5:20 store closes at 6pm as said on google after waiting a guy approached confirming my registration and basically said he finished in a few minutes (5:30) and can’t help to give Audi service number on the app a call and they can deal with it i wanted to book a gear box service am new to Audi and never had an app to deal with usually go to main dealer I also highlighted another issue I have with the rear lights there was an Audi service announcement (tsb #2061922) about internal cracking and is a documented structural defect from the factory and instantly said about someone crashing in the car and would have to be crash assessed there is no damage at all to the car I tried to explain I just got it it’s had all its pre sale inspection I’ve checked all this before purchasing but wasn’t willing to help in any way whatsoever what chance have you got usually main dealerships are more than happy to book services as they charge a premium rate higher than anywhere else not to mention the car has a full Audi service history to begin with

The Salesman knew his stuff

Hello Morven,I hope you are keeping well. I bought a car (DX71 RXT) from you at Glasgow Audi last year.First of all, I absolutely love the car, and it has been a great vehicle so far.Unfortunately, I recently received an alert stating that there is an SOS fault and that the car needs to go to the workshop. I am aware that the car is due for its MOT on 5th August, so I booked a provisional appointment through the website for 17th July, which suited me perfectly.I thought it would be best to phone Audi today to inform them about the SOS fault in advance so they could prepare for it. However, I was shocked to hear that they said there are no MOT appointments available until the middle of August.I explained that my car is under warranty until 5th August, so an appointment in the middle of August would not be suitable. The person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to pay for the repair myself if it was fixed after the warranty expired in mid-August.I was not happy with this response, and I explained that the MOT needs to be completed before 5th August. However, I was told that Glasgow Audi is fully booked until the middle of August, meaning I may be forced to go elsewhere.Surely this must be a mistake? This email was sent to Morven the salesperson but the email was bounced back, so I assume that she is no longer working there. So I send this to complaint instead. Please note, please use email as I am profoundly deaf (British Sign Language). Thanks
