Easy to do and the service staff were aware. At BMW you have to go through the check-in again when dropping off even if you’ve done it online already.Fast, efficient service with attentive and professional staff.

All good until I pulled out of the deal. Attitude of the sales person changed for the worse and some verbal pressure applied to go through with the sale. The sales manager and the financial ombudsman ( I contacted them due to the verbal pressure ) agreed I could pull out.
