Came in for service, was told at 10:30 to come back at 5pm, so I explained I had travelled 25 minutes and that I had no way of getting home so had to wait about, the guy was kind enough to bring it down to round about 2pm.However when I went to collect my car they didn’t really tell me what they had done just said the car was fine and the paper was on the drivers seat and I still haven’t 3 days later recieved my “health check video” that was meant to be sent to my emails.

Everything went smoothly. Staff were polite and friendly, particularly Lewis Knox, who works in the Service Department and who went out of his way to explain some technical questions I had brought up.
