It could be a little more user friendly Although I did book in for both a service and MOT, it was a bit disjointed and didn’t confirm what I had booked at the end, so I’m not surprised that the service was missed out.The car was booked in for a service and MOT Only the MOT was done but the front of house dealt with the rebooking swiftly and courteously
