Handover was really straightforward as all the vehicle handover admin requirements had been completed online beforehand which meant we could concentrate on familiarising ourselves with the new car.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the valet. I’m afraid the car was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from Audi.Everything else was great.
