Excellent customer service from Richard Piper from start to finish.

To confirm my booking I was called too early in the morning. I needed the car to be available at 2pm at the latest as I have Grandchildren to be collected from school. On stating this to your employee she said this would not be possible even though the work needing done as stated on the website would only take 1and a half hours. She stated the next date available to maybe accommodate my request would be weeks away. Not over enamoured with her attitude. I'm glad to say the Staff at Glasgow Audi had a very different attitude and assured me my wishes for picking the car up would not be a problem.Welcoming professional service from dropping car off to picking up

The car was ready in excellent condition and Paul Maxwell provided assistance with setting up My Audi.The offer of coffee after a near 200 mile journey would have been most welcome but the small gift was welcome.
