Good to track car's progress.The overall experience was first class. Very welcoming team, took great care to make sure I had a comfortable place to work while I waited for my car including providing coffee, water, fruit and a snack bar. Progress report via video report with detailed requirements listed (urgent / keep an eye on etc). The check-in app also helps track the progress of your car eg work underway / complete, car getting cleaned, car ready for collection. All ends with being walked to my freshly washed car and thanked for my custom. Would happily recommend Looker Audi at Braehead.
