I used the on line check in as I had an email asking me to do this.The only thing I was utterly disappointed with is the fact I can no longer have a collection/delivery service. I was told no longer have enough drivers! For this reason I may look closer to where I live to find an Audi mechanic.Staff very friendly and helpful.Felix always makes sure we have enough to drink.Thank you.
