Overall very good. Scott Simpson on the sales side was straightforward and pleasant to deal with, as was Scott Ellis on the service team.The only negative comment I'd make is that too many of the new cars on display - in fact most of those I looked at and wanted pricing info about - had zero pricing/specification info on the info stand beside them. Maybe that's your policy or maybe it's just lack of attention to detail - however either way I found it irritating!

It was impossible to book online. I followed the link and tried both on my desktop and phone, and used different browsers. Nothing worked and in the end I had to phone to book my service.Friendly welcome. Looked after. Good explanation.
