When booking my car in for its service everything was explained fully. We arrived a little earlier than our appointment time but were welcomed by a pleasant young lady at the reception desk. Shortly after leaving the garage I received a link by text to track the progress of my car. I checked this several times while shopping in Braehead. It was some time before anything changed to show that work had commenced. When we headed back to the garage about 4.30 ish to wait, according to the tracking system my car was still.in the workshop. We didn't have to wait long though to be advised my car was ready for collection. I like the tracking system but I don't feel it is updated accurately? I was very happy with the work done to my car and the advisory cam footage. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Thank you
