couple of disappointments - full tank of fuel was promised; not full. Was charged a delivery cost for the vehicle despite a long drawn out process of obtaining a vehicle (ended up with 3rd choice car) there was no added points to make the transaction more positive, or to delight us as customers..

The service coordinator was very friendly and helpful. The service reception (Felix??) was very friendly and eager to help and make sure comfortable during my wait - even offered me an office to work in.The service was great but would have expected someone to contact me about expired service plan before I arrived
