Thomas has been brilliant, taking over from Jamie. I would have given less stars when I first phoned to ask when my car will be ready at start of December (as got told by Jamie car was going to be ready before Christmas as there's a car ready in the factory). Upon phoning I was told car wasn't ready till March. No contact whatsoever to keep me updated.

Very simple to use. Saved time on waiting for someone to answer phone. All necessary details were provided to the garage before getting there.Staff were all friendly. Everything was explained. Got a date that suited well.
