The car was well prepared, and the sales person took time to ensure we understood the control. We required rubber mats, and these were provided and fitted.

Customer service was excellent and everything was clear in terms of what Audi would cover and what was down to me.My only slight criticism is that you should look to supply a curtousy car when my car is in your facility for a certain period of time.
