Service was good and the service man was very thorough and recommended some services for the future. We still have not used our extended service contract we bought when we purchased the car. We wil need some advice on this service contract. The only disappointment was the oil change warning for service was not done.Always like the car wash service and the ladies cashing me out for the serviceForgetting to reset the oil change schedule on my computer in the car.Will use our extended contract soonThe service was quick and the location is compatible with my car needs. I hope they are able to honor our service contract!

I needed a battery. I had 24 955 miles and it was only covered thru 24,000. I feel that it would have been an act of goodwill to replace the battery under warranty. Especially because I need a new car before the end of this year. As much as I love my car, and I really do, will I go back to Mitsubishi? Probably not.The experience in the service department was excellent. I had an appointment for the next day. Savon talked to me right away and took my car right away. He was very honest and open. He explained exactly what to expect and told me he would stay in communication with me and he did.

Luckily for this device I got my rental covered by warranty otherwise it would have been very costly to keep a rental close to two weeks. So maybe turnaround time could be faster. But given it’s a transmission I’m thinking this situation took additional time. Service agent in correspondence Sa’von Thomas did an exceptional job with communication and follow up and making all commuter issues are taken care of. Really appreciate him and his teams service.Service was handled in a professional manner and kept me in the loop since beginning to end . I was given a rental 2 days after I dropped my car off but they were on top of everything and made it easy to navigate

There was an extra cost for the key and I wasn't notified. However, they through in a free oil change.
