My part was not ordered prior to the service. Had to take a secondary battery, not a Mitsubishi battery. No one said they didn't have a battery on hand and it wasn't ordered until my car was brought in.You need to keep supplies for repairs on hand to limit the time it will take waiting for parts.

Had to wait over an hour just to get my car released to me, when I talked to the service person over an hour before I got there as he asked me to do so my Car would be pulled up and waiting for me to test drive it. Well that was not the case. When I get there the car was not pulled up have to wait also a hour for that and then even after a 10 minute test drive around the car lot I had to wait almost another hour for my car, and the only reason I believe I get it after another hour was because the service worker looked up and seen my watching him waiting on other customers and then he jumped to getting my car. I missed a very important work meeting because of the long wait just to get my car even wait I was asked to call ahead so he could have my car ready for me to check it out and go. Very unhappy able the waste of my time.I gave a 9 because of the wait that I had to endured just to get my car.

Very expensive for oil change

Did not put things back in glove box and did not wash my car and it was 40 degrees that day.Because they went into my glove compartment and did not put my things back and did not wash my car like they usually do.

My Service Advisor, Kristin Bowyer, was on top of everything and kept me informed of the progress at every step. Will be requesting her for future service requirements.The professionalism of the service tech, the friendly services and the communication on the status on the service job.

It should have time to schedule on Saturdays instead of only during the week
