Judy and Brian were both extremely helpful during the process and answered all questions that I had.The atmosphere was much different than a typical dealership. Everyone we spoke with was nice and absolutely not pushy to purchase.

If I set an appointment, I expect my car to be looked at the same day not 2-3 days later. I wish I had been informed of that fact. I was also told over the phone that loaner vehicles were available, when they weren’t. I had to rent a car on my own.I wish I had been informed prior to making an “appointment” that my car would not be seen at this appointment time. They didn’t look at it or work on it for 2-3 days after that “appointment”. When I initially called I asked about loaner vehicles. The woman told me yes they are available and I can discuss getting one once my car had arrived. However, once my car arrived and I asked about the loaner vehicles I was told there were none. This is my ONLY vehicle for myself and three children. I had to rent a car at significant expense to me. I was also told Mitsubishi only reimburses rental cars for warrantied work

He could have told me how was my oil looking, cabin filter, air filter, etc. nothing. He actually tried to charge me for the credited oil changeIt was cold outside, therefore the vehicle did not get washed. He could have at least offered if I was in town or if I had any issues with my vehicle I could stop by. No recommendations, nothingWhen there is a recall and a customer drives 3 hours a loaner should be offeredWas trying to sell me everything, but what I was there for. I had to stop him and let him know what my appointment was for.

Not checked out yetI have not checked out yet.I had to demand a car to drive, nothing was offered. When I go to the Flint location the loaner was offered with out hassle. I drive an Outlander and was finally given a small Subaru.I should have had had to argue for a loaner when leasing a new Outlander for $700 a month. The loaner is suppose to be included in the lease.
