My USB cord was located, I did not realize that fluid levels were not checked until after I left the dealership . My driver's side windshield wiper is falling apart, the dealership had my vehicle from September to December, these things should have been checked. I live several miles from the dealership, I have to find time to take vehicle back, very inconvenient.

As previously stated, for the second time the windshield solvent was not filled.Please insure service checklist is completed. A copy of the checklist is reassuring. I view care as a partnership. Trust in care for this important machine is essential. There are few maintenance items that are not important. Building a thick service book is profitable- for both of us. In Partnership, Randy JanowiczEase of service in this very busy dealership. Intake and explanation strong. Partnership with Costco a plus.

Judy and Brian were both extremely helpful during the process and answered all questions that I had.The atmosphere was much different than a typical dealership. Everyone we spoke with was nice and absolutely not pushy to purchase.
