I want to thank my service team for allowing me space to watch a work teams meeting.I also was sent a survey to fill out which allowed me to get a free oil once I completed it. I completed immediately, it but I was not able to get an oil change scheduled before the offer for the free oil change expired. I called andd also sent a text to the service department and to the dealership, but they said it was nothing that they could do. I wished that the expiration date could have been extended to the next available date of my oil change. The only result was numerous phone calls from used car salesperson saying that the survey indicated to them that I wanted to sell my car. I indicated on the survey that I was not interested in selling g my car.Good service.

I followed Google Maps to Glassman Mitsubishi and had to go in to find out the service was done at a different location. There was no indication along my path of travel that I was to go a building other than the Glassman Mitsubishi location. The waiting room was very cramped without much seating.Stop having mega-size dealerships. If Glassman Mitsubishi is the only Mitsubishi dealership near me when it's time for me to buy another car, I will not be buying a Mitsubishi.

The time is took to complete the financial portion of the purchase. Two hours after decision to purchased was still waiting to sign paperworkJust a very old facilityAdditional scratches on my car and looked also like there was a footprint on passenger doorSales person Amr Alzubair was wonderful and so was BayTook 30 minutes to get vehicle once work was completedCar registration was not completed timely
