The service was great the vehicle is not the best I was not happy when since day one I paid for the model that came with special features when I went to pick up the vehicle they said it had no sun roof and remote starter stopped working after the first year I had to purchase itNothingThe was was there for over 6 hours and they called me few minutes before they close to go pick up the vehicle I live 40 minutes awayTook about 20 minutes to get the vehicle outThat they cannot know what is wrong with the vehicle and it was there for over 6 hoursI was told that the vehicle was ready few minutes before they closed

I want to thank my service team for allowing me space to watch a work teams meeting.I also was sent a survey to fill out which allowed me to get a free oil once I completed it. I completed immediately, it but I was not able to get an oil change scheduled before the offer for the free oil change expired. I called andd also sent a text to the service department and to the dealership, but they said it was nothing that they could do. I wished that the expiration date could have been extended to the next available date of my oil change. The only result was numerous phone calls from used car salesperson saying that the survey indicated to them that I wanted to sell my car. I indicated on the survey that I was not interested in selling g my car.Good service.
