The service representative had a little trouble getting my receipt printed. I don't think it is a problem with the staff. It seems like a procedure or equipment set-up layout is not efficient.The main reason is when I use the Dodge service department, it seems that things are a little less organized and it takes longer to get service complete. The Mitsubishi service department seems more organized.

The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the entire process.
