No no spare tireno lug lock to unlock the screws when the tire go flat to change it?Never go back to the dealership after 2weeks if something goes wrong with the car or truck they not going to help you they want you to file a claim or bring them 2500?Everyone was very helpful it was a great experience?

It was this time but I am not always able to take off to get it done on time.

The dealership wasn’t designed for privacy as it was an opened floor plan where other buyers could also hear others business deals being made. A tad bit untidy as well.Primarily because of the outstanding service, honesty and integrity of the sales associate Mr. Ray Smith. He didn’t present any pressure tactics, he was clear and precise with no hidden agenda. I was so grateful for his relatability and personability which made the process absolutely painless. He’s an outstanding representative.
