GPM is extremely easy to work with via their website, email, and phone. I highly recommend them.

I love that you can pay your rent and not have to pay any fees. The only issue I had was that the front door key did not work, and I had to go back and get a new one. I am thankful I tried it before I had the movers with me. Overall, the process went well.

GPM continues to be top notch responsive to building maintenance needs. And continues with great tenant screening and renting standards.

Living in the same SF apartment for 34 years, I’ve had more than a few experiences with property managers; all poor at best until Gordon Property Management. They’re new managing where I live so the jury is still out. However, so far they have been promptly responsive, communicative and seem to run a well-organized business.

My experience interacting with Gordon, mainly on maintenance requests, has been, in general, excellent. They're responsive and make sure the requested work gets done well and promptly. As a tenant, maintenance and upkeep of my apartment and the building is key. Gordon gets the job done!
