I've lived in my apartment since 2010, a bit before Gordon took over management of the building. My experience interacting with Gordon, mainly on maintenance requests, has been, in general, excellent. They're responsive and make sure the requested work gets done well and promptly. As a tenant, maintenance and upkeep of my apartment and the building is key. Gordon gets the job done!

Hillcrest Apartments is a wonderful place to live! The manager of the complex does an excellent job of making sure the tenants are happy and the property is maintained impeccably!

The Gordon group is immediately responsive to needs via email and their portal, responsible in following through with issues via email, text and even phone calls. Overall I feel they have a sense of professionalism and accountability. If I were an apartment owner I would go to Gordon without considering any other management service as an alternative.

All good, the time block that was requested was a large block of the day. Only complaint.
