I LOVE the responsiveness and thoroughness of the company. They are great at solving problems big or small.

Nanette was very helpful and patient with me and my roommates, and she made the process so easy and smooth for us. There was also great communication and fast, clear responses from everyone.

I’m always impressed with GPM’s method of maintenance. Each time, things are not merely restored, but actually made better. This is so appreciated.

Gordon appears to do a very good job of balancing the needs of the tenant alongside those of the landlord. Gordon has (almost always) responded immediately to me, a tenant, when I had any kind of maintenance issue. During Covid, Gordon has been sympathetic to financial struggles and helpful with resources. Gordon has been a fair mediator between tenant and landlord in our building -- a difficult job but carried out by Gordon in a professional, thoughtful way.

I was a tremendous opportunity for me to live at Hillcrest Appartement. Very nice and clean place, the complex manager is on top of everything. Lisa is a very nice person and she loves kids. Allan is the best handy person he’s always willing to help. Great place for someone to live. By the way Hillcrest appartement is the only place you can find 2 master bedrooms in a unit.

Lisa is the best manager anyone can ask for. She goes above and beyond with all of the tenants. She is friendly, professional, responsive and knows everyone by name. The grounds are well cared for and the work Alan does re: maintenance is top notch! This place ROCKS!

Their online portal is so convenient. You can pay your rent, utilities, request maintenance and upload your rental insurance. It’s never been easier! They are also very responsive to the couple of maintenance requests we’ve had. No complaints!!
