We had a good experience seeing the apartment with a representative from Gordon Property Management. The application process went smoothly. Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t quite move-in ready. When we got the keys we discovered several repairs were needed. Fortunately the repairs were addressed fairly quickly.

Representatives of the Gordon Management try always to solve the problems that coming up in the renting apartment, and the building facility that the apt belongs.

Have someone to check the building’s cleanliness and hygiene periodically. Monitor renters illegally use of common area, such as putting shoes outside their apartments.
