I'm very please with how responsive the property management staff are in responding to requests. They were able to fulfill the request with no resistance. I'm also very impressed with their regular COVID-19 updates, that for the most part, seem to only be delivered for the benefit of the renters of their property. It shows they have heart, and that feels very safe as a renter. Really it's the best property management service I've ever experienced. Thank you!

GP we’re always quick to respond to any queries or maintenance requests. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Nanette Barr in particular was very helpful and empathetic with our situation during the Covid-19 lockdown, helping communicate and organize with the landlord month by month our stay in our house after we had actually given notice. We were so grateful for the flexibility during this time especially as we have a young child.

Gordan property management has been wonderful! Nanette has been extremely helpful and so great to work with. John also did a project at our house and did an amazing job. Everything so far has been amazing!
