The move went smooth, the timeline was planned perfectly - we were given plenty of time to pack and move, so no additional stress here. The apartment was in great condition, and most of the small things that still needed repair have been fixed by now; the others will be shortly. We appreciate all the effort and all the assistance from the management!

I already submitted my very POSITIVE RESPONSE to JOHN'S superb work, that he provided, at 444 Valley Street, Apt.4 -- recently! In the near future, I will need to ask John's help, once again, to: 1. slightly shave the "top, left-side-portion" of the FRONT DOOR -- to enable it to shut more easily -- and 2. to apply special protective implements -- to keep all bookshelves from falling down during an earthquake!! For the most part, I really like GPM. Staff members Ryan Meeks and Jasmine Miller have historically been exceptionally helpful. Typically the turn around for maintenance issues if timely and cooperative. Truly appreciate fast response to some building issues. Two significant lapses that has not helpful as a tenant is that for 3 years, I've submitted the need for security cameras in the lobby and front of building owing to recurring security breaches where homeless folks were living in the ground level storage units and living (and defecating) in the back yard. 3 years later no security cameras installed and no working front gate and electronic buzzer. These have been recurring unsolved problems and it is tiring. I think GPM could very well use its clout and influence to nudge building owners to get with the program re: security issues. Also, the walls in the shower /tub of my bathroom have been cut through and taken down 3 times in the last 2 years owing to faulty pipe maintenance and repair by unlicensed plumbers (e.g. Alberto). This rendered my bathroom in-op for days (and sometimes weeks) at time, on 3 occasions. Why does GPM allow building owner to send non-licensed personnel to conduct servere plumbing issues that cause the ceilings below my unit to rupture? I think GPM could influence its clients (landlords) to significantly up their health and safety and security game for properties that GPM chooses to manage. Thank you.
