It’s easy to get in contract and hear back from the Gordon team. Friendly and great customer service Easy payment option and paperwork Apt was clean when I got here for move in. Blinds included a very nice addition. Quiet Opportunity: Bad Smell in the hallway, maybe a carpet clean is needed? Paint on the kitchen counter left over from painting walls. Dryer often takes 2 times to be fully dry

Dakota was extremely helpful in making sure I was set up for success from day one and felt welcomed into the building and community!

It does not say which maintenance call I am rating, but I will assume it is the pest control visit. Overall it was good - the ants disappeared, but now, a couple of weeks later, we see a few of them here and there. Not sure if this is expected.
