I've always been impressed with how fast Gordon Property responds to an open ticket. We had a plumbing issue which was resolved the very next day even though it wasn't an emergency. I asked for details on what was done to fix the issue which we had and got a quick response with the details. The only feedback I'd give is that I'd like getting the information on what was fixed to be the default so I know what was done to resolve my problem. Thanks!
