I love renting with GPM. They handle maintenance requests on time and are always wonderfully communicative and kind. Great experience the past few years!

I like that we can submit a help ticket for maintenance through the app. It is frustrating to try to call their office and only getting an automated system. Maintenance requests are sometimes canceled without any explanation, leaving me to follow up.

I am very grateful for the sink/counter & cabinet replacement work done in my apt.rental. The craftsmanship, professionalism & products were very high standard. Product quality - Excellent, Craftsmanship - very good, Professional & trustworthy - excellent. Where the craftsmanship could be better is in the final touches & better coordination bwtn plumber & product installers. (1. The newly installed sink pipes & tile ledge measurements were a little off, thus round pipe cover had to be bent to fit. 2. a little bit of wood glue was left around the edge of the side cabinet cover over hole where sink was installed. 3. A little scratch was made on the cabinet door under sink by someone on the finishing crew. 4. I had to show them where corner edges still needed filling & painting. 5. the new drawer handle of the new counter blocks the old drawer of the old cabinet, slightly. it can still open but with care so paint doesnt chip off. otherwise the whole job looks quite lovely.
