GPM is a great property management company that is sensitive to the needs of tenants. Their response time is quick and always very friendly and understanding. Also the vendors/tradesmen that they send in to do any work are always top-notch in their competence, promptness, attention to detail, and also taking care to clean up any construction messes. Since GPM took over the management of our building, the halls are always clean, the trash area is clean and clear of debris. Prior to GPM's management, this was not the case. So we are all grateful.

The vendor used to fix our lock was very professional, quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again should I have any future problems involving locks/keys/etc.
